Control Panel Options
Gemco control panels are available in four (4) NEMA ratings and two (2) types of configurations. They are as follows:

Basic Control Panel
This control panel consists of:

• "Start-Jog-Stop" control for the main drive
• "Start-Stop" for the agitator drive (when applicable)
• "Emergency Stop" mushroom-style push button
• Quick-disconnects (supplied loose with NEMA 7 panels)
• Step-down transformer
• Starters
• Over-load heaters
• Fuse block

Deluxe Control Panel
This control panel consists of:

• All motor starters, fuse blocks, and terminal strips
• Control voltage transformer
• Running lights on the front of the panel
• "Emergency stop" mushroom-style push button
• Main quick-disconnect
• "Start-Jog-Stop" control for the main drive
• "Start-Stop" for the agitator drive (when applicable)
• 0 to 60-minute auto-reset analog timer for blend
• 0 to 60 minute auto-reset analog timer for agitator (when applicable)
• Complete control panel is of dedicated design specifically engineered to the unit as ordered, including all necessary safety solenoid interlocks, with air circuitry and operational sequencing as needed. This is not a standard buy- out, bolt-on unit.

Complete Assembly includes:
Necessary solenoids, pressure switches, etc. packaged and wired in flexible conduit to motor drives. Fully pre-tested and supplied loose for on- site installation.

Junction Box
To reduce start-up time and simplification of electrical maintenance, Gemco can provide a junction box on the machine for wiring to a remote panel. The junction box is available in four (4) NEMA ratings.
