Gear & Belt Guards Gear and belt guards are provided with the same material finish as that specified for the support frame.
	Support Enclosures Stainless steel support enclosures are available. Support Enclosures are designed to be washed down making cleaning easier. These enclosures incase both support frames protecting the motor(s) and help maintain sanitary conditions.
	Support Finishes Support frames are available in five (5) finishes (depending upon material): Carbon Steel Mechanical tubing, painted with one coat of "Steel-It". Support Finishes GSF - 1 GSF-1 304 SST wire brushed GSF-1 Standard mill finish 304 SS mechanical tubing with welds wired brushed. All discoloration and weld splatter removed. Support Finishes GSF - 2 GSF-2 304 SST buff polished GSF-2 Buff polish starting with standard mill finish, 304 SS mechanical tubing using a wick wheel for a uniform finish. Welds ground smooth, but not flush or radius. All discoloration and weld splatter removed. Support Finishes GSF - 3 GSF-3 304 SST w/ #4 polish GSF-3 Sanitary finish starting with standard mill finish, 304 SS mechanical tubing polished to a uniform finish using 75-150 grit. No micro inch rating. Welds ground smooth and flush or radiused. Support Finishes GSF - GB GSF-GB 304 SST w/ Glass bead Welded structural 304 stainless steel tubing with GSF-GB finish designed for ease in cleaning. All welds are wire brushed and then supports are finished with glass bead. There is no micro-inch rating on this finish.
	Support Height Standard supports are used to provide the approximate valve clearance stated in the vessel specifications. When the standard valve clearance is inadequate, one (1) alternative is to add extensions to the support frame. Gemco can provide up to an additional 40" of extension. For clearances above 40", Gemco recommends that the unit be placed on piers to maintain the stability of the unit.
	Support Materials Gemco support frames are available in two (2) materials: Welded structural 304 Stainless Steel tubing. Welded structural Carbon Steel tubing.
