Gemco Laboratory Dryers/ Formulators offer sophistication and performance once limited only to large scale production equipment. The ½ cubic foot size is perfect for laboratory applications.

Blend and Dry in One Operation. A Gemco Blender-Dryer is a dryer with an added variable speed drive system. The system is versatile enough to be used simply as a Tumble Blender, or a Tumble Dryer or as a combine Blender-Dryer.

Total Material Processing for Granulations and Agglomerations, Gemco Formulators are Blender-Dryers with liquid addition capabilities. The system provides the ability to blend, add liquids (several different liquids can be added sequentially or together), agglomerate, dry, and cool-down- All in one unit!

The Gemcomatic is an automatic system for transferring materials from shipping drums to Gemco Blenders, Dryers or Formulators and back to drums. The result is a system that provides dust-free transfer of materials with substantial savings in time and labor.
